BIGLAD Agri-Tourism Farm owns a variety of medium-sized businesses that practice organic climate-smart agriculture on eight acres of land, including Mangoes (1.5 acres), Black Soldier Fly” (BSF), Bananas and Vanilla (3 acres), Tea plantation (2 acres), Macadamia (1.5 acres), Piggery (a plot 50 x 100), Mushroom (20 x 20 meters shelter), Quails - in House, Rabbitry (10 x10 meter structure), Passion fruits on boundaries, Nursery bed and tree planting, Zero grazing cows and goats, Fish farming (cat fish and Tilapia) and a greenhouse for growing vegetables/tomatoes; all demonstrating the President's four-acre model methodology of poverty eradication at the household level.
